Privacy Policy
Dripwriter is a paced-writing product. We store the minimum account, billing, and job data needed to let users schedule text into Google Docs over time.
Effective April 22, 2026
What we collect
- Account basics such as email, authentication identifiers, locale, and plan state.
- Google authorization data needed to connect a chosen Google Doc and refresh access when a drip is running.
- Drip job state, execution logs, and error metadata so paused or failed jobs can be recovered safely.
- Billing, invitation, reward, refund, and abuse-prevention records required to operate subscriptions and referral flows.
How we use it
- Authenticate the user and protect access to dashboard, account, billing, and invitation features.
- Run paced document writes, retries, pause/resume flows, and execution history for the document the user selected.
- Operate subscriptions, day-pass purchases, invitations, and referral reward flows.
- Monitor abuse, rate limits, failures, and security events.
Scope of Google Docs access
- The product is intended to operate on the specific Google Doc the user connects for a drip session.
- We keep the integration scope intentionally narrow and avoid treating Google Drive data as a general training corpus.
Retention and deletion
- We retain operational records only as long as needed for account management, billing integrity, dispute handling, and system reliability.
- For privacy requests, account deletion, or billing-related questions, contact hello@dripwriterai.com.
